Tom joined the farm in February 2019 to run the Organic Chicken business, before taking on our flock of around 275 Organic Pedigree Hampshire Down Ewes in November the same year. The flock grazes on the undulating organic pasture around the farm year-round, except for a short period in the barns during two lambing seasons in January and April. Our lamb was awarded Gold at the 2018 Taste of the West awards.
