Charlotte joined the farm in 2017 with her husband Will, first getting an overview of all the businesses before taking on our natural spring water business, along with the orchard hens and bees. Charlotte is responsible for bottling and selling our natural spring water – she captures the water as it bubbles up through our organic fields and into our spring, where it is then piped to a small bottling room. She filters the water and glass-bottles it, producing beautifully clean and natural tasting water, a far cry from the chlorinated and chemically treated water most of us drink from our taps.
