We planted 928 apple trees of 6 different varieties in 2007 to form a new orchard on one of the South-facing hills on the farm. Bramleys, Red Windsor, Red Devils, Egremont Russet, Red Windsor, Red Falstaff have all taken root well. We harvested our first half crop in September 2010 and have created our own unique blend of organic apple juice which tastes refreshing and sophisticated.  We sell it locally and in London in smart, glass bottles in cases of a dozen each. A case costs £39 - or £3.25 a bottle.
